On the Home page Click the name Farmhouses, Villas ....to see a list of all of our Tuscany holiday rentals most with a swimming pool, near golf courts, tennis court near great Italian culture.

Step 1. Simply look through our extensive list of Villas and apartments available for holidays. You can view the internal pictures of our apartments by clicking the apartment name on the booking form (the table where the prices are displayed).

Step 2 Once you have chosen a villa or apartment proceed to our booking form. There the name of the apartment or villa should be displayed. Please complete the booking form paying particular attention to the e-mail address and contact details so we can contact you. Ensure you state which date you require.
Once we receive your booking request we will within 2 working days, but normally within 24hours confirm to you the availability of the villa or apartment and reserve it for you for 72hrs.

Step 3 We will send you a booking confirmation form which will include payment details. Your deposit of 40% is due immediately to ensure confirmation of your reservation. The balance is due a maximum of 30 days prior to your arrival here in Tuscany.
