This magnificent villa, built in the seventeenth century, is an elegant independent villa owned by the aristocratic florentine family Ristori. It has been recently restored with care to its former grandeur

The villa (of about 900 square meters), stands out on a hill with very pretty views across the countryside towards the hilltop town of Lucignano and the surrounding landscape

The villa is surrounded by a great wooded park of about 3 hectares, with plenty of shade from the Tuscan sunshine, giving guests at the villa the opportunity to relax in the calm environment it creates.

The villa comprises of various living rooms and dining rooms each elegantly furnished with pieces of period furniture as well as modern comforts such as satellite television.

There are two kitchens complete with all you could require including dishwasher and washing machine. One kitchen is on the ground floor with large fireplace, the other is situated on the first floor. If you wish it is possible to hire the services of a cook or house maid, this services is paid for locally, but needs to be pre booked

There are 9 bedrooms comprising of 3 suites ( King suite, Queen suite and Junior suite), 3 further double bedrooms and 3 twin bed rooms.

In total the villa has 9 bathrooms with either showers or bath tubs, one bathroom has a Jacuzzi.

A major attraction of the Villa is the large swimming pool available exclusively for quests where it is possible to prepare meals and eat under the shade of a pergola, equipped with stone barbecue, fridge, sink and large garden table. Sun loungers and garden chairs are also supplied for your comfort

The location of this villa is such that you are really well placed to visit many cities of art and culture, such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, and the characteristic towns which have made Tuscany so famous all around the world but have retained their heritage, charm and traditions. .
